Sarah Bateson in TY competed in the Athletics Ireland School Track and Field North Leinsters in Santry last week.
Sarah represented the school in the Morton Stadium Santry on Friday 5th May. The field was strong and Sarah ran with the leading Athletes. With 200m to go Sarah placed 3rd saw her opportunity and took the girls on the bend with a fine sprint to the finish line leaving the other athletes behind. Sarah will go on to represent our School in the Leinster Schools Final. Well done Sarah and good luck in the final.
