We were delighted to welcome the Garda band to the Choir Hall today to play for the First Year students and the members of the Sixth Year TAG (Teenagers and Guards) Programme. The TAG Programme aims at promoting positive engagement between teenagers and Gardaí. At our ceremony, the chief superintendent Finbar O’Brien presented certificates of achievement to the Sixth Year students for their successful participation in the TAG programme. Ms Bourke thanked both of the community guards Maireád and Dave as well as the teachers Ms Cunningham and Ms Boran for facilitating this positive school engagement programme.
