Sixth year students who signed up to the Mentoring Programme have today been told which teacher will be their mentor for the year.

The programmes objectives are:

1) To Encourage academic success for 6th year students

2) To Ensure that students are receiving one-to-one support

3) To ensure that students are working towards their goals

4) To facilitate students to make good decisions about their leaving cert year.

This programme will help encourage academic success for the students as a teacher will meet which them throughout the year helping the student set their goals and ensuring they are being realistic in achieving them. It will also help the students in learning valuable study tips.
