The Irish food board, An Bord Bia, will visit St. Mary’s in early January. This unique opportunity will involve a food demonstration and highlight the importance of buying Irish and supporting our own producers and industries… This is a component of the Leaving Certificate course. We hope the students will be encouraged to buy Irish at home!
