DCU TripInspiring talk from Niall McNameeOn Tuesday 23rd March, fifteen students from 4th, 5th and 6th year attended a talk in the ‘Hub’ on the DCU Campus. The talk was given by Niall McNamee the famous Offaly football player. Niall spoke in depth about his career as a county football player and Irish Aussie Rules player and the opportunities from which he learnt from and developed his leadership skills. He also spoke about his battle with addiction and how sport has helped him to change his mind-set and cope with adversity.
